Semitron branded products come with a two-year warranty, valid from the purchase date onwards. Inverters come with a one-year warranty and batteries with a six-months, as offered by manufacturers.
Kindly note that warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- Damages caused by external cause, faulty handling and coupling etc.
- Force Majeure, such as fire, lightnings, explosions, war, riots, floods, natural catastrophes, hurricanes, etc.

We trust our products will offer you an exciting and hassle free ride. Still, in the unlikely event that you might be experiencing issues or problems using them, we can support you, in the following ways:
- Technical support is available locally and abroad – our specialized team is at your disposal, anytime, ready to diagnose the nature of the problem and guide you through fast and easy troubleshooting.
- If the problem cannot be fixed via remote support, the device can be sent to our premises so as for our experts to take a closer look. If there is valid warranty, the problem will be fixed completely free of charge. If not, repair prices are fixed, so you may be informed about the cost, in advance. In case the damage is too serious, exchanging the product at a reduced price might be a considerable option.
